General info
- Minimum amount: 0 EUR (at opening/top-up)
- Maximum amount: 200 000 EUR (total limit)
- Up to 3 concurrent "Topla" per period (1/3/6/9/12 mo)
- Auto top-up or manual via any bank card in the DCB mobile app
- Interest accrues daily (non-capitalized) and posts at goal completion
- Withdraw anytime without fee
- "Rounding" transfers 1–10 EUR into Topla on each POS purchase
Terms of deposit insurance
After 01.02.2023, 10 % tax on annual interest income for savings, Topla and card balances applies. From 01.01.2024 certain tax privileges are in force. Details here.
