- Some services may be limited during processing times
9. Error Resolution
We provide procedures for reporting and resolving electronic banking errors.

- Report errors within 60 days of statement date

- Provide detailed information about the error
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
10. Liability and Limitations
Understanding liability limits helps protect both parties in electronic transactions.
